Refund policy

At Ritual Skincare Therapy, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final.

No Returns We do not accept returns on opened or used products. All purchases are considered final at the time of sale.

Unsatisfactory Product If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us within 10 days of your purchase at support@ritualskincaretherapy.com. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer store credit or a replacement at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
