Shipping policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. You will be able to review all shipping costs before completing your purchase.

3. Shipping Options We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping — estimated 5–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping — estimated 2–3 business days after processing
  • Overnight Shipping — estimated 1 business day after processing

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or US territories at this time.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages Ritual Skin Care Therapy LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ritualskincaretherapy.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
